2. Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly investigate the claim and remove or disable access to the infringing material, if applicable.
- Notify the user responsible for the content about the takedown.
If you believe the content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification as outlined below.
3. Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected]. The counter-notification must include:
- Your Contact Information: Name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the Removed Content: A description of the material and its location before removal.
- A Statement of Good Faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in our location if you’re outside the U.S.) and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
- Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
